		<description>Depends on what you're using the property for. I think banks are still lending 2nd mortgages if your buying it as your personal residence or 2nd home. But if it's an income property, I don't know of any banks that are giving 2nds mortgages right now. Maybe try and get the seller to do seller financing?</description>

Last month I lost my good faith deposit because I wasn’t able to obtain financing that the lender promised. My loan contingency had passed and the seller wasn’t willing to wait, so there was nothing I could do!
