Duarte Real Estate Seminars
It is a little-known fact that the famed avocados of California actually got their start right in Duarte, California. The so-called Chappelow tree was received and planted by William Chappelow Sr. back in 1893. Since that time, both the tree and the city of Duarte (which was incorporated back in 1957) have grown quite a bit. At Investing in Real Estate Clubs (InvestinginREC.com), we offer yearly memberships to a real estate investment club like no other. We have a number of branches located throughout the Southern California area, including but certainly not limited to Duarte, California. While membership is not required to attend our seminars, becoming a Duarte member will allow you to attend all seven branches as a member as well. The Duarte branch of Investing in Real Estate Clubs meets the second Wednesday of every month. The meetings take place in the ever-friendly Old Spaghetti Factory on Buena Vista, and they consist of a dinner and networking event followed by an educational seminar. These meetings are designed specifically to exude a purposefully relaxed atmosphere that is highly conducive to networking and team building, two factors vital to real estate investment success. The seminars we conduct at our Duarte branch are just as top notch as at our other locations, and though the speakers are generally local, the topics are universally applicable. We cover such real estate basics as foreclosures, 1031 exchanges, how to work with brokers, and the quickest way for new investors to get started. Our seminars are led by a wide variety of highly educated speakers from all aspects of the real estate investing arena, including financial planners and mortgage brokers.
