Long Beach Real Estate Clubs
Long Beach, California is realizing a resurgence of sorts in terms of real estate investment. This beautiful city is now a full-fledged "hot spot" in the brightly burning Southern California real estate market. What began as a series of "ranchos" is now home to more than 500,000 citizens. At Investing in Real Estate Clubs (InvestinginREC.com) we find that it's only natural that we should have a Long Beach branch. There is a vital real estate market and it comes as no surprise to us that many people living in Long Beach want to get in on the real estate boom. Just as with our other club branches, our Long Beach branch has monthly meetings that are a perfect combination of networking event and seminar. Our Long Beach chapter has its meetings on the fourth Thursday of every month. We meet at a local restaurant and the cost of the meeting also covers dinner. These events are carefully crafted to be comfortable and stress free for newcomers who are hoping to make a few connections in addition to gaining vital real estate investment knowledge. Just as with other businesses, networking is the key to becoming a successful real estate investor. We know this well, and that is why we stress networking and "team building" at our meetings in Long Beach.
