Manhattan Beach Real Estate Clubs
In the past, Manhattan Beach was generally low down on most people's list of real estate hot spots. This sleepy beach town south of Los Angeles was home to the surfer crowd and those who appreciated its small-town charms. Nowadays, though, Manhattan Beach is one of the country's most active real estate sectors. It should be no surprise, then, that Investing in Real Estate Clubs (InvestinginREC.com) has a chapter in the Manhattan Beach area. The Manhattan Beach branch of Investing in Real Estate Clubs generally meets up on the first Thursday of every month. These educational meet-and-greets include dinner for the belly--and real estate knowledge for the mind. We feature the same great speakers at our Manhattan Beach branch as we do at our other popular branches. For example, we have had Virginia Swanson come in and speak to our group about how to purchase real estate today with no bank qualifying. It is important to note that members of the Investing in Real Estate Clubs are not limited to only attending a particular branch's meetings. Members can scroll through the list of upcoming speakers and find the ones that interest them the most. That being said, non-members are also encouraged to come to any of our seminars as well.
