San Fernando Valley Real Estate Clubs
Since its earliest days, the San Fernando Valley has been a shimmering backdrop for real estate investment dreams. "The Valley," as it is affectionately referred to, has a familiar California history. It was formerly a series of ranchos surrounding a mission. The ranchos then broke off into individual, smaller-scaled farms and orchards. Ultimately, the orange groves of the San Fernando Valley have largely disappeared, and in their places are a number of excellent neighborhoods and towns. Nowadays, the San Fernando Valley is right up there with the rest of Southern California in terms of being a "happening" real estate market. At Investing in Real Estate Clubs (InvestinginREC.com), we have a conveniently located San Fernando Valley branch. Our San Fernando Valley branch has its meetings once a month at a local restaurant. The meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of every month. As with all of our club meetings, the San Fernando Valley meetings start off with an hour-long networking session which is followed up by an informative seminar. The price of the seminar includes dinner. We have the same high-quality speakers at our San Fernando Valley meetings as we have at our other branches. For instance, we have had top asset protection attorneys and estate planners come in and discuss how to make your assets bulletproof through FLPs (family limited partnerships) or LPs (limited partnerships). Of course, even if you do not live in the San Fernando Valley area, you are more than welcome to come to the meetings if you see a speaker that interests you. |
